The Gateway

The Gateway, now open, is a luxurious new addition to the West Lake Quarter Community that offers an array of amenities to make its residents' lives comfortable and convenient. The grilling area is perfect for outdoor gatherings, and the secured package lockers with text and email notifications provide peace of mind for package deliveries. The secure bike maintenance shop and storage cater to cycling enthusiasts, while the EV charging stations make it easy to charge electric vehicles. Additional amenities include dry cleaning services, resident storage, and a port cochere auto court for added convenience.

The Mezz

The Mezz at West Lake Quarter offers modern urban living with luxurious amenities. This building features an expansive rooftop deck complete with a dog run, resort-style pool, fire pit, and grilling stations. Residents can take advantage of secure bike maintenance and storage facilities, as well as EV charging stations. Additional conveniences such as dry cleaning services are also available. The Original

The Original is the cornerstone of the West Lake Quarter community, established in 1962 and still a beloved building today. With its iconic architecture and premium location, this building offers residents an unparalleled living experience. Renovated units and stunning penthouses offer spacious and modern interiors with stunning views of the surrounding area. The Original also boasts an underground parking garage, ensuring easy and convenient access for residents. In addition to all these amazing features, residents can take advantage of free rental of recreational equipment, including bicycles, paddle boards, and kayaks that can be used on and around the beautiful Lake Bde Maka Ska, just steps away from the building. The Landmark

The Landmark, the final building in the West Lake Quarter community, will be a true landmark of modern luxury living. This new building will offer an extensive range of amenities to its residents, including an amenity lounge, game room, wet bar, and multi-sport simulator, a pet wash, indoor pet run, pet grooming and spa, a health club with massage and treatment rooms, steam showers, sauna, and group fitness space, a private dining room, display kitchen, work-from-home suites, and library. The amenity terrace boasts grill stations, fire pit bowls, poolside cabanas, leisure pool, hot tub, bocce court, game lawn, and outdoor dining areas. The building also features a sky lounge club room with a kitchen and bar, indoor/outdoor fireplace, dining area, fireside lounge outdoor patio, and yoga lawn.
